Forearm Guards - Roman Leather Scale
A pair of Roman style scale leather forearm guards, perfect for the ancient combat reenactor. Six rows of brown leather scales are affixed with brass rivets onto a brown suede backing, which is then laced together with leather thonging to form the arm guard. This makes the arm guard very flexible and able to fit most arm sizes. Leather scale armour pieces such as these were designed to protect the arms of Roman cavalry during battle.
