A utility knife was often given by fathers to their sons. It was a very useful tool and could be used for eating, in the workshop, in the field and even as a defensive weapon!
This knife is based on an illustration from the Tractus de Ludo Scacorum. This style with wide and curved blade was quite common during the 14th and 15th centuries. Ideal companion for peasants and soldiers alike.
The blade is full tang can be sharpened. It is secured by five rivets between a shaped wood grip.
This knife comes with a leather sheath and 5cm loop for your belt.
All are handmade so slight variations in size and shape can occur.
