This Viking era sword is supplied with a scabbard. It is combat capable and tempered to 48rc. It is made from 5160 steel. The tang is full length and is peened at the back of the pommel.

The tang is full length but is narrow and is exactly what our competitors will sell as a full tang. In our opinion this is NOT strictly a full tang sword but we have tested this and found it to be reasonably durable. If you use it for combat it will be covered by our blade guarantee.

This sword has a brass cross guard and lobed pommel.
