A gag for costume parties or even for that stag on his bucks night. It is just a fun harmless toy. It can't be locked it is made of plastic, is lightweight and at this price is almost disposable. The ball & chain look real enough to use as mock dungeon-ware or even when portraying a slave or convict in irons.
PLEASE NOTE - The leg ring on this item can be opened so you won't need to squeeze your foot through. You can be sure it fits!
