During the 16th century men's fashion consisted of
- a linen shirt with neck & wrist ruffs
- a doublet - usually with square soulders
- loose hoes (slops or galligaskins) - reaching just below the knee
- stockings
- flat shoes with rounded toes
- a soft fabric hat
This costume includes:
Beautiful shirt with lace collar and cuffs, featuring pearl buttons on the sleeve and diamonte clasp at the neck. Gold breeches with feature buckle just below the knee. Lined doublet/jacket in blue and gold with matching hat.
