The Mercenary sword is an imposing yet well-balanced two-handed sword in the 15th century style. Tempered blade, with a hidden, forged, full length tang. Featuring a polished steel S-curve guard and scent stopper pommel, this is a desirable piece for the well-armed soldier of fortune. This blade is huge and fully tempered to make it a great battle ready sword. The blade itself and the edges near the hilt are 5mm thick. Edge of the blade is approx 2.3mm. It is a full encapsulated tang, meaning as much of the blade is within the handle as possible.
