Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter our competition, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them. 1. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of iT Literate or any subsidiary of iT Literate. 2. The prize has a value over $500 and consists of a Practical Sword, Pair of Gauntlets, Norman Helmet and Tunic 3. All entries will automatically be added to the Medieval Fightclub newsletter list. 4. No purchase necessary, however the entry form must be completed correctly. 5. Only one entry per person. Additional entries are supplied to referers of other entrants. 6. If you want to enter a competition you may enter via the website on the applicable competition page, or you can fill in an entry form as supplied by Medieval-Fightclub and return it immediately. 7. Sending an email is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. 8. The winner will be decided by a random draw. 9. The closing date is 15.04.09 at 1pm (A.E.S.T). 10. If you win a competition, we will notify you by email. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 11. Prize will be sent to postal address provided at time of entry. 12. You can find out who has won the competition by emailing medieval-fightclub.com after the closing date. However due to volume of requests you may not recieve an immediate reply. 13. The prize will not be transferable to another person. 14. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash. 15. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 16. Incorrectly completed or incomplete entries will be disqualified. 17. This competition is being run by iT Literate, which is the parent company to Medieval-Fightclub. 18. We will endeavor to send prizes within two weeks of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time. 19.
